  1. Navigation Flyout + Basic setup of Redux + Modal Container + Offering Modal

  2. Hating Material-ui; it's not updated to the newest "StrictMode" of react, which causes a console warning error

  3. Finishing offers modal, hooking it up with both redux and backend/database + notifications center + other frontend things

What did you work on this past iteration (2 weeks)?

  • Add Posting modal with associated Redux (including image drag&drop upload).
  • Styled the search results page
  • Started implementing the user profile page

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

  • Trying to figure out the drag&drop/image upload stuff
  • handling local and redux states on more complicated components
  • difficulty dealing with Material UI in making the UI look as it should

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration?

  • create the component to display offerings that will also allow users to accept and decline the offer
  • complete the user profile and integrate existing front end with the back end

  1. Items navigation to specific details page per item, setting up react router to be dynamic

  2. No impossible challenges, setting up ids and finding the right routes were somewhat difficult

  3. Set up login page and endpoints to authenticate and log users in the app
