Both Exec & non-exec site users should be given the ability to customize their profile a little, like adding a bio & links to their webpages.

we'll want to apply https://github.com/LDNOOBW/List-of-Dirty-Naughty-Obscene-and-Otherwise-Bad-Words , however I can see a few phrases which might trigger false positives, such as suck if someone said in their bio A new first year who sucks at python, but is getting better~!.
