Thanks for the issue. I have not seen much activity related to vspec2franca lately, and we do not have any Continuous Integration to check that generated *.fidl is accepted by any tool, we do not even have much of documentation of what Franca version the output is supposed to be compatible with, or how the output can be used.

If you have time and interest we would very much appreciate any pull request to fix the issues. At least some of them seems related to that vspec2franca do not escape text strings correctly or do not write float numbers correctly.
