Postprocessing for standardised output naming

Now that we've reached a conclusion on the file naming scheme for ACCESS-OM3 output we need to actually implement it.

I think @anton-seaice has already made progress on this for CICE, but MOM6 and WW3 output will require some automated postprocessing. See COSIMA/om3-scripts#32

Yeah - all cice needs is a change to ice_in once we update the CICE version with a new build
