BCL 404 error on release webhook #39

Hello, I am attempting to create a release for BCL from https://github.com/usnistgov/openstudio-birds-nest-gem/releases/tag/v1.0.2 but am receiving a 404 error when the webhook is called for all three events (created, released, published).

The webhook is configured per the documentation and the error response I receive is

<html><head><title>Request Rejected</title></head><body>An error has occurred. Please consult with your administrator.<br><br>Your support ID is: 1779917880092948369<br><br><a href='javascript:history.back();'>[Go Back]</a></body></html>

I am not sure what is causing the issue so any help is appreciated.
