[Request] Pressure Reveal for panels and docks

Use-cases

An option in case of auto hide panels (most for docks) to not show them when the cursor is near, and to show them the cursor should pressure the screen side where the panel is.

This makes sense in some layout where the panels show them self, when you want to click another thing
