[1.12.2] Machine progress gets reset each time an item is inserted

If you place a hopper on top of the grinder ( i know that you can throw items into the grinder aswell) and let it transport items into the grinder the "grinding progress" is reseted each time a new items enters the inventory. so as long as items are inserted into the grinder it basically stops working as the grinding process takes longer than the time between to item inputs.
