Could it be possible to add the option to EDITcustom queries, see:
For example, right-clicking a custom query could show an edit option. In my case, I need to rename a specific query and delete another one but I can't find how to do this.

You can edit the custom queries by editing a customqueries.json file.
This file location is usually below,
In Linux, ~/.config/bloodhound/customqueries.json
In Windows, C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\BloodHound\customqueries.json
