Rework ComparisonIT to use pagination. #254

Updated ComparisonIT to use pagination for queries which support that.
All tests pass except one: there is a bug in plugin (no pushdown for limit, see #253) and/or bug in JDBC driver - it stops paging after receiving an empty page (should stop when no cursor returned).
