jsmoothgen.exe.exe tries to detect a suitable instaleld JRE version and complains that Java > 1.4 is not installed. It fails to detect a properly installed OpenJDK, i.e. AdoptOpenJDK 11, and thus cannot be executed, i.e. we can't generate an xml via the GUI.

Affected is the current release 0.9.12 and all older versions.
