[BUG] Bot doesen't answer on the first message in the chat

Description:
Bot doesen't answer on the first message in the chat

Preconditions:
User is logged in to the app

Environment:
OS Android

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to chat screen
2. Tap on 'Add new chat'
3. Type some message and send it

Actual Result:
There is no answer from the bot

Expected Result:
Bot answers on each message

and also it does't auto-generate the name of the chat and the image like on web. But I'm not sure was it suppose to be implemented already
