[BUG] The 'back' arrow is missing on the Note page on the mobile size screen

Description:
There's no possibility to leave the screen with the journal note as the 'back' arrow is missing on the Note page on the mobile-size screen.

Preconditions:
User is logged in to the system

Environment:
Browser Chrome, Safari

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 'Journal section'
2. Click on an existing note or create a new note

Actual Result:
The 'back' arrow is missing on the Note page

Expected Result:
The 'back' arrow is present on the Note page and user can go back to the journal sidebar
