Description:
Validation errors are preserved after closing and re-opening 'Add meditation' pop-up

Environment:
Chrome, Safari

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to 'Add Meditation' screen
Click 'Submit' (with empty fields)
See Validation errors
Close pop-up
Open it again

Actual Result:
Errors are still shown

Expected Result:
No errors should be shown
