🐛 描述

mac版 Steam++_v3.0.0-rc.10_macos 中，
[账号切换]模块，
无法添加其他平台，按 + 号，只显示“登录新账号”，没有“添加平台”那个菜单！！！！

macos 目前不支持其他平台切换
