一些网站和网络环境会出现一些网络可以访问一些不可以的情况，无法知道加速之前和加速后的对比

在加速之前添加一个网络连通性检测

没有对比的必要，连通性检测主要是用来判断可否访问而不是延迟快慢，这个没有太大意义

没有对比的必要，连通性检测主要是用来判断可否访问而不是延迟快慢，这个没有太大意义

加入这个功能之后可以能够更可观的查看目标地址是否能够联通
