Publish to Maven Central

I try to release 0.0.2 in the next few days - is there anything you want to see in there beside what we currently have in master - I'm ok with pushing the date more into the future if you think that makes sense

I would like to avoid breaking changes in 0.0.2 and delay them for 0.0.3

i failed to do that on the weekend but it's on my todo list

so i released a new version 0.0.2 to https://maven.bestsolution.at/efxclipse-releases - I have not published anything to maven-central because i think before doing so we should fix the plugin name #30 once we did the rename we could immediately release V0.0.3 to central without any other changes.
