Point to the individual repos for these examples with git recursive

Ensure there are instructions in each example folder

@SimeonOA I noticed that the Readme of this repository links to https://github.com/BerkeleyAutomation/fogros2-examples for examples, however that repository either does not exists or is currently not public. Is this intentional? Thanks for looking into this
