Got an ahelp that ship AI was broken, after some searching it turned out the cause was they had no weapon datums
Calling apply_weapons() fixed it.
It seems any ships initialized before roundstart didn't have this issue, which is why the main ship was still fully functional.
No runtimes or oddities in the logs related to this.
