Strongholds are a new type of tile. They behave similarly to vents (see #70) in that they start as neutral and can be claimed.
When neutral, all players who enter the stronghold get an immediate defense buff.
When captured, only players who are part of the capturing team get the buff. Everyone else will be damaged while in the stronghold.
Claiming a stronghold will provide a set number of points to the capturing team.
