So lou did an interesting thing a little while back and put the app in a phone-looking-asset so even desktop users could have the experience. Does that suit the use case described by this issue or do we want a desktop native feel as well?

A native desktop design would probably be larger than just this single issue / we may want to just tweak the issue title to be more about "exploring and documenting" that idea.
