We should use etherpad for taking notes during meetings, drafting statements, etc.

It looks really easy to set up; if anybody wants to knock it out let me know and I can spin up a small AWS instance and update DNS so etherpad.biffud.com points to it.

could we use an alternative to AWS, like DigitalOcean?
