I think this could easily be done using an event when killing the monster, whoever killed the monster activates the event for themselves, such as gaining +1000 XP, the rest of the group gains the monster's normal XP divided among everyone. |

Could it be implemented that the exp obtained when killing while at a party can be limited?
For example. An NPC gives 1,000 Exp upon death. that it can be limited to only the one who killed the NPC and not the entire team.
Or failing that, apply a % reduction to the exp obtained. So, by declaring that party exp is reduced by 20%. members do not earn the 1,000. but they would earn 800exp each.
