"Too many consecutive errors..." when saving moonraker.conf

A basic question:
Why do I get an error "too many consecutive errors..." when saving
moonraker.log
moonrake.conf with this portion of config:

I tried to reformat the jinja2 with an else part, then I do not get an error message on kliperscreen, though the stuff does not work , e.g. the action off is not executed. in the logg I do not not see any errors

solved the situation.
Main issue I have is that there is no log output indicating that there is and where the issue is.
I made some other changes, whereby there were no messages at saving but the on_press just did not wort, and there too nothing in the log file.
Can anybody help me out hwo to debug such a situation.
