Describe the bug
Mining Drills Research 1 (from Bob's Mining mod) requires Construction frame 2 to build. But research which adds them is not dependency. Which means that player will unlock item which he can't craft.

To Reproduce
Information to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Game Version: 1.1.91-0
