Steps to reproduce the issue:

bash scripts/bootstrap.sh start_plus 启动dreamiew+后无法打开localhost:8888 ，但是可以打开localhost:8899

In my case, can change the field "DREAMVIEW_URL in file bootstrap.sh from localhost to 0.0.0.0. It may due to some address are filtered and cannot access.
