Update print functionality to capture timing of print calls within the transaction trace

This is useful for detailed performance benchmarking performed for EOS EVM

The transaction trace retrievable from the trace API or SHiP would include additional data that maps character offsets within the string content of the console field of an action to microsecond duration since the start of a transaction.
