Check if the zip GitHub actions step can preserve permissions when copying files

Luckily easy to chmod 755 install.sh but yes, would be nice if it could be preserved. I don't think ZIP files support permissions like that though, so might need to be a TAR file.

No need for that. Just run it with

sh install.sh
