Non square stereograms

Currently the stereogram node squishes images down to a 1:1 aspect ratio. Would it be possible to make it do 1:2 as well, or an arbitrary ratio/resolution? This would be for the purpose of making a side by side stereogram as opposed to a tiled one. It seems to do this quite well using 2 tiles already, besides it only using half the input image.
Side by side node from Stereopsis used in this example to make a 2:1 image, but your node gives better results than anything else I have tried.
