Cooperation Plan

  • What are the key strengths of each person on the team?

  • How can you best utilize these strengths in the execution of your project?

    I will utilize each one in right place and mix each one gift with each other to let them learn more from each other.

  • In which professional competencies do you each want to develop greater strength?

    To improve our logical and let us familiar with working under pressure

  • Knowing that every person in your team needs to understand all aspects of the project, how do you plan to approach the day-to-day work?

    1- Dividing the work to subtasks and start discussing each task individual.

    2- Give the team time to ask about spesific task to let them have beter idea

    3- After discussion and make sure that each one in team have perfect idea about each task we will start divideing task on days.

Conflict Plan

  • What will be your group's process to resolve conflict, when it arises?

    Tell everybody to calm down.

    Listen from every member engaged conflict.

    Try to find solution that fits everyone, and choose most suitable solution for team's benefit.

  • What will your team do if one person is taking over the project and not letting the other members contribute?

    Talk with targeted member in private.

    Explain the issue and try to understand his point of view and find some way to let him contribute more with the team.

  • How will you approach each other and the challenges of the project knowing that it is impossible for all members to be at the exact same place in understanding and skill level?

    Diverse team perform better

    Team are losing out on great talent by not diversifying.

    Diverse team can better serve and represent a diverse user base.

  • How will you raise concerns to members who are not adequately contributing?

    Speak with them in private, understant their behaviour and try to solve any issue.

  • How and when will you escalate the conflict if your resolution attempts are unsuccessful?

    When one of the team members cross the borders,so we will raise it to instructional team.

Communication Plan

  • What hours will you be available to communicate?

    24/7

  • What platforms will you use to communicate ?

    WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom and discord.

  • How often will you take breaks?

    As we need.

  • What is your plan if you start to fall behind?

    Push ourselves and don't give-up.

  • How will you communicate after hours and on the weekend?

    Create Zoom meeting.

  • What is your strategy for ensuring everyone's voice is heard?

    Everyday start meeting and make sure that everyone engage in this discussion and ask them for their opinion and thoughts.

  • How will you ensure that you are creating a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking up?

    Offer a funny environment, so everyone feel safe, like they are between their family members.

Work Plan

  • How you will identify tasks, assign tasks, know when they are complete, and manage work in general?

    Distributed tasks as members skills.

  • What project management tool will be used?

    Trello.

Git Process

  • What components of your project will live on GitHub?

    Website structure files.

    Documention.

  • How will you share the repository with your teammates?

    We create GitHub Organization.

  • What is your Git flow?

    Stage Branch from main.

    Subbranches from development branch.

    PR and merge after each task completion.

  • How will you be using a PR review workflow?

    One person for review.

    Team Leader confirm PRs.

    Everyday merge.

    Communicate time to merge: completion of everyday task, slack announcement and zoom meeting.
