MIES restarts on install

Martin and I noticed that after running v 2.1_20200723-77-g2bff6438 install last Friday, that the computer will automatically reboot. I noticed that it will restart when after completion of the installer. Is this to be expected? Asking because we have not seen this behavior on other installs of MIES.

Win 10 Version: 1909 (OS Build 18363.1440)

I am posting the version here because we updated windows since I initially tested this version of MIES. Unfortunately, I don’t recall if the computer rebooted when I initially installed it for testing a couple months ago.

Yes this is more or less expected. We are using a newer version of the visual studio redistributable package used be the XOPs and this can force windows to reboot.

It never asked on my computer to reboot, but I also have myriads versions
of Visual Studio installed and therefore things are usually different.
