stat: cannot statx '/var/run/docker.sock': Permission denied

Fairly sure this shouldnt be a bug with OpenDevin but i cant seem to get docker to work with this, while docker does work with other images.

I got that error on Fedora 39, Docker 26. I also tried it on my Macbook Air M3 (Also Docker 26) and it works fine without the error? So its likely an issue with the docker install on Linux. But i cant find any solution to fix it, Ive tried chmoding the permissions of the sock and it has no effect.

How about the user, is your user in the docker group?

Is 24.0.5 the latest version of Docker for your OS?

No. The problem resolved itself when I upgraded docker.
