[ACS-5743] Cleanup Content tests (Demo Shell)

What is the new behaviour?

Update the Files page in Demo Shell

• remove "Recent" files from Demo Shell / Files (not used by tests anymore)
• remove the API related to Recent files in Demo Shell
• remove unnecessary toolbar items that are not helping the testing
• replace mat tooltips with regular tooltips
• add missing prettier config for IDEs
• remove "custom permission" message as already covered by unit tests
• remove "start process" action from Document List as not relevant to testing
• remove artificial [C260490] Should be able to start a Process within ACS - tests the UI built in the Demo Shell, not related to Document List or Content Components
• remove unused Navigation Bar (Demo Shell) protractor api
• remove unused DataTable (Demo Shell) protractor api
