In this case, I am in version: attribute-description-bundle v1.1.0, in a PIM EE 2.3.77

Some ideas for future developments:

Your plugin does not work on many types:
where, your plugin: editable in the attribute modification ...
Examples:
pim_catalog_boolean
pim_assets_collection
...

Your plugin works on the attributes of "product" which extend a "product model" :)
Tip: there should be a line break and a space; because the two texts: native and your plugin, make the line unreadable.

Best: Adding an icon: that would be a top feature, because your plugin is used in info / alert messages.
