It looks like transcribe might be getting spun out into a separate application given https://github.com/fusionpbx/fusionpbx-app-transcribe exists and the April 2024 release notes for FusionPBX

@aim29 heads up FusionPBX might get rid of built in transcription support in favor of using this app.
