Parametrize the PC Mark workload to run specific suite workloads

PC Mark for Android was added by #744 but it only supports running the entire suite of workloads. If possible, adding a Parameter to the workload allowing to run a specific workload within the suite would be as, paired with Instruments, would allow per-workload investigations through WA.

I am not sure how much work this would require and/or if it is even possible. Having the proper output parsers (if these differ from the current implementation) would also be required.

@scojac01 & @jimboatarm|@jimbojetset, what are your thoughts on this?
