Solid and well-documented link functionality between blips

Given the case we feature both a pattern and one or more corresponding tools (e.g. Policy-as-Code and Checkov) it would be useful to be able to create links between blips in a solid and well-documented way.

The idea would be to link from the pattern to the tool(s), with the tools linking to their "official" web pages. This would allow us to represent the hierarchical structure between high-level patterns and concrete implementations in a much better way.
