This is more related to Liberorum, the umbrella organization @KoxSosen and I are planning.

For this purpose, transparency and management wise, I think that OpenCollective would work well. It allows for publicizing balance, expenses, and dates when something was paid out. Furthermore, they offer "Fiscal hosting", which is a legal entity that takes care of taxes, banking and profit status.
