There should probably be a check to see if you answered yes to the workers should own the means of production before you are labled socialist economicly. It isnt a simple spectrum.

Socialism is not the same as Communism. True Communism is where there are no private businesses at all which would fall under that question. On the other hand Socialism is about providing for the less fortunate and having government options not complete government control.
