Install torch operation timed out.You can copy the command C:\Users\TV\Scripts\pip.exe install torch torchvision torchaudio --extra-index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu121 and directly execute it in your terminal

The installation is getting

"C:\Users\TV" and the real user is The real user is "C:\Users\TV Group"
