Update devices adapter capabilities

The supported concurrent connections for each bluetooth adapter available on https://github.com/50ButtonsEach/fliclib-linux-hci#bluetooth-controllers should be updated and extended with more recent BT adapters. It might also useful to get a list of reccomended HW for concurrency or other specific use-cases

If you have tried on newer hardware, feel free to add some info. Nowadays there are so many Bluetooth controllers so it's hard to keep track of them. Many stores still sell those listed as well.
