When a Group Allergy is selected, an autocomplete component populated with that Group's "Child Allergies" should display and be usable. For example, if "Food allergies" is selected, the Child Allergy atucomplete selector with options such as "nuts" and "hazelnuts" should display.

The selected values should somehow be accessible by the parent state.
