workaround for cms site object in defaultProjection

Description

• reload site object after cms changes

• site object is reloaded after successful cms request with allProjection containing the metadata in all languages and not the defaultProjection from the PATCH REQUEST containing only metadata in one language.
• We are not sure whether the current PATCH operation support params, thus we choose this approach.
