Since people are putting up $ for proposal deposit, challenge deposit etc... and voting with tokens that have value... it's good to have terms & conditions that protect both the user, the DAO & 1hive.

The TEC has already begun writing terms & conditions for their garden, but there currently isn't anywhere these can be added to the UI
