SVG file uploads give 'Internal Server Error' #240

It looks like any SVG upload leads to "Internal Server Error" now.

Badge was made via Badgr including using their design tool: https://badgr.com/public/badges/pCTjLEz2QIS060VvT31VlQ

Badge file: (Had to append '.txt' extension for upload purposes.)

Also tried it with as simple of an SVG as possible and still get the same problem.

The JSON and the URL work, but an external url (non-Badgr) to an SVG file produces the same error.
