Idea: make live race visualization optional and add podium graphic

We have a very nice page for during the race, with:

[Scoreboard]

In my opinion the live visualization should dissappear after the race. It's ugly if it's not moving.
We could replace it with a title "12urenloop ... results:" and a nice podium graphic. This is an idea, let me know if you don't like it or have a better alternative. We would offcourse keep the full results below that.

• Make live visualization optionally visible (in loxsi)
• Add podium graphic, also optional.
