Revamp Voting Interface

⚡️ Challenge:

Currently, when initiating a vote or multiple votes a small menu popup shows up showing the number of transactions that need to be signed. It's still a bit buggy as it disappears for all future votes once you click the "close" button. It also shows on the menu on the left. To make it better visible and better fitting a new design was created.

🦋 Desired Outcome

The voting works like a shopping basket. You make your desired votes and the amount and check out. So not every vote is one transaction but will be accumulated and signed later when you confirm the vote. The voting bar can be used for modules but doesn't have to be. Meaning, later when new modules are made some won't need this voting basket.

The menu only pops up once a vote/action has been taken (e.g. using the voting slider). Otherwise the voting basket tool stays away.

🎯 Action Points:

• Check current functionalities and voting process inside of "Evolution" page e.g.
• change the style of the current voting to the one in the mockup
• get rid of the top left voting basket as it is double information
