I used ansible to create a automated blocky installation. For now it is only adguard but you can easily switch here: https://github.com/bruvv/ansible-adguard-unbound/blob/main/roles/docker/templates/docker-compose.yml.j2
It uses traefik for easy DOT en DOH installation.
