It would be convenient to have the bot warn us when we are nearing the channel limit. Discussed during the flagbot committee dinner, it would preferably be a warning on /chal channel creation, and not an automated export and nuke. Because if you do those manually, you can still verify whether the export succeeded before you nuke.
