[Bug] Removing accounts from carpe fails

Carpe v1.0.4

If a user goes into settings and removes their accounts, then closes carpe, their accounts will show again at launch. Users must click a button (or otherwise interact with the menu) before closing carpe in order for their accounts to actually be removed.

Thanks for the feedback, I don't have a Windows device around at the moment, I'll install a virtual machine and try it out
